ProductionNOW^TM Subscription Fulfillment Terms

ProductionNOW^TM is a web delivered SaaS application available by subscription.

Purchasing a subscription to ProductionNOW^TM requires your agreement to our Software as a Service and Subscription Terms agreements.

Subscriptions may be for a Monthly or Annual subscription period. 

The price per plant for your subscription will not change during your current subscription period.  Any price change will occur at your next subscription renewal.

The day of the month of your initial invoice becomes your subscription renewal date for subsequent monthly subscriptions. The month and day of your initial invoice becomes your subscription renewal date for subsequent annual subscriptions.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each term and payment will be automatically collected by our payment processor from your choice of Credit/Debit Card or Bank ACH unless the ProductionNOW^TM subscription renewal is cancelled by following the cancellation procedures below. No expiration or termination will affect the customer’s obligation to pay all fees that may have become due before such expiration or termination.  No subscription refunds will be  issued for cancellations or terminations which occur before the end of the current subscription period.

If the subscription payment is denied by your card or bank, you will be notified by email of the failure to process the payment. You will have 30 days to make the payment before subscriptions are suspended.

Cancellation Procedures: Send an email to cancel@digitalplant.com at least 10 business days before your next automatic recurring billing date. Indicate whether  you wish to cancel ALL subscriptions or subscriptions for specific plants. If canceling for specific plants, list the plant names of the plants for which you are canceling ProductionNOW^TM subscriptions. After cancelling your renewal, you will continue to have access to ProductionNOW^TM until the end of the current subscription term.
